At Happy Gardens, we want you to love your outdoor sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garden decor, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
