This cottage style comes equipped with five interchangeable, seasonal decorations; our American flag, a Jack-O-Lantern for Fall/Halloween, and a Christmas Tree for Winter/Christmas, a Mailbox, and a football.

This house has a 1.25″ opening, removable back wall, drainage, ventilation and an unpainted.

An attached mounting peg makes installation a snap.

Constructed of exterior grade ply-board, Pine roof shingles and poly resin for detail and decorations.
