This ten room, fully functional birdhouse is inspired by the main pavilion of the iconic Del Coronado Hotel. A San Diego landmark, the" Del" has welcomed Presidentās, royalty and Hollywood celebrities for over 100 years. This dramatic Victorian design with its signature red roof and peek-a-boo dormers is topped off with a cupola proudly flying an American flag. This house comes equipped with a mounting base with a sleeve for setting on top of a standard 4 X 4 base. In order, to attract Purple Martins, the recommended location of this house should be a combination of open fields and water.
The house should be displayed 12 to 14 feet high.
